| Hausmann is
the largest independent, non-brokerage property casualty agency in
Dane County. The commercial lines division is its largest
segment, insuring over $2,000,000,000 of assets. The company
also specializes in employee benefits, insuring over 500 corporations
in Dane County. Each employee is paid on a percentage of revenue
basis and annual bonuses are based on percentage of profit. In
addition, the company has developed and trademarked its own
information-management systems: DesignLynx, SkyLynx, and
Starclass.

Workplace environment |
| Hausmann
performs personality analysis on finalists for all positions in order
to minimize turnover and maximize talents of employees. Each
associate is expected to complete 24 hours of education in business
and insurance topics each year in addition to the state licensing
educational requirements. Employees receive health, life,
dental, short- and long-term disability, and 401(k) and Flex
Plans. Hausmann offers summer hours, casual Fridays, education
reimbursement, and holiday parties. Some outstanding events
are: Dog Days -- Each Friday, one employee brings their pet to
the office; Thirsty Thursdays -- one Thursday per month, Hausmann
sponsors a social event at one of its client's establishments;
Hausmann distributes tickets to staff for Badger sporting events and
Kohl Center activities; and, every three or four years, the company
provides an all-expenses-paid vacation for employees who meet
professional goals set for the year.

Community involvement |
| Memberships:
Hausmann is a major sponsor of the Canterbury Run/Walk for Literacy,
including sponsorship of employee participation. Over 50% of its
employees volunteered this year for the United Way Day of
Caring. VP of Sales Rob Long serves on the board of Community
Adolescent Programs. The company underwrites various programming
on Wisconsin Public Television.
