Caroline Cole attended Patricia Stevens Career College with a degree in Public Relations. She started in the insurance industry in 1986 and obtained her Life and Health Insurance License. In 1995, she joined Hausmann-Johnson as a group benefit insurance associate. Her main area of focus has been providing day-to-day servicing and expertise to large group benefit clients. In 2004 Caroline became a Partner in the agency and assumed additional responsibilities as the group benefit department manager.

The majority of Caroline’s free time is spent with family and friends. Other interests include traveling, biking and golf.
