Dan is a Benefit Consultant and his responsibilities include working with clients to reduce their total cost of benefits through the design and implementation of a customized benefit plan.

Dan has over 20 years consulting experience in employee benefits working with both broker and carrier organizations. Prior to joining Hausmann-Johnson Insurance, Dan was a senior benefits consultant for a national consulting firm with expertise in developing care management, disease management and health promotion strategies based on unique medical cost drivers identified within the client’s benefit plan.

Dan received his Bachelor of Science from Iowa State University.
