Mary Jo serves our Hausmann-Johnson clients by providing them with advice on human resources related topics such as employee relations, talent management, recruitment, onboarding, training and coaching in compliment to the employee benefits advice provided by our benefits experts.
 
With over 20 years of management and human resources experience in the banking, insurance, healthcare delivery and professional services industries, Mary Jo is uniquely qualified to advise our clients on human resources related issues. She is a graduate of Marian University of Fond du Lac with a degree in Business Administration and Human Relations.

She is certified as a Senior Professional in Human Resources by the Human Resources Certification Institute. She also holds a Managed Healthcare Professional designation from the Health Insurance Association of America.
