Sandy graduated from Madison Area Technical Collage with an Associate Degree in Accounting. She joined Hausmann-Johnson in 1980. Her main focus is Accounting and IT at the agency. Sandy became a Partner in 1998.

The majority of her time is spent with friends and family. Other interests include softball and golf. Sandy volunteers with Wisconsin Public TV and The Madison Museum of Contemporary Art.
