Comercial Account Manager
Hausmann-Johnson Insurance, Inc. located in Madison, Wisconsin is seeking an experienced
associate to fill a full time position in our Property and Casualty Select Commercial Lines
Department located at our home office.
Reporting to the Assistant Vice President of Property and Casualty, this position is responsible
for managing and servicing an assigned book of business along with interacting with prospects.
The work involves in person meetings with prospects and clients, reviews of coverage,
marketing of account renewals and responding to client inquiries.
The successful candidate will hold a minimum of high school diploma. A college degree in a
business related field is preferred. The candidate will hold a current, valid Wisconsin
Property/Casualty Producers license. A minimum of three years of commercial account
management experience is required, five or more years preferred. Experience with TAM
preferred. Valid driver’s license and personal reliable vehicle required for work related day
travel.

Property and Casualty Claims Manager
Hausmann-Johnson Insurance, Inc. is seeking an associate to fill a full time position in our Property and Casualty Commercial Lines Department located at our home office in Madison, Wisconsin.
Reporting to the Vice President of Administration, this working manager position directs and manages two property and casualty Claims Counselors and all activities and processes of the department to assure the timely and accurate settlement of client claims. They also serve as Claims Counselor in their respective specialty area.
The successful candidate will hold a minimum of high school diploma. A college degree in a business related field is preferred. The candidate will hold a current, valid Wisconsin Property/Casualty Producers license, or will obtain one within three months of hire. A minimum of five years of experience in property and casualty claims and three years of management experience is required. Professional insurance designation, and prior experience processing Workers Compensation Claims is preferred.
