Phil J. Hausmann was the founder of Hausmann
Insurance and operated as a one-person agency until 1962. He was
joined by his sons in 1972, 1978, and 1980.

Hausmann Insurance acquired the Midwest Agency
in 1984.

|
|
|
Valuable employee
benefits, disability income and life services were added to the firm in
1992.

|
|
In 1994, Hausmann
Insurance relocated to 700 Regent Street in Madison, WI
|

|
|
|
Ashworth and Associates was acquired in May of
1999, specializing in quality health, life, and disability insurance.

To reaffirm our commitment to our clients to
continually improve the products and services we provide, Hausmann Insurance
merged with Norman E. Johnson, Inc., another independent insurance agency,
on January 1, 2002.

- Norman E. Johnson, Inc.
Starting in 1925, Norman E. Johnson, Inc. served contractors and
attorneys, later branching out into general insurance. Mr. Johnson
purchased the agency in 1955.
- The Partnership
The merger of Hausmann Insurance and Norman E. Johnson, Inc. creates
a stronger foundation for a more dynamic partner with our clients.

Premiums exceed $65 million annually. Completely
automated, 60 full-time professionals and several part-time associates serve
over 7,000 clients through some 15,000 transactions each business day. We
