Benefits Consultant John joined The Benefit Services Group | Hausmann-Johnson Insurance in 2019. He is passionate about taking broken benefits strategies and recreating them so a client can move in the right direction. John believes in the three C’s of decision-making: Cost, Compliance, and Culture. He uses these strong pillars to guide his advice and strategy for clients. With over 8 years of experience as a Benefits Consultant, John uses his expertise paired with BSG|HJI’s tools and resources to relieve the burden placed on those who manage the day-to-day operations of their benefits plan. John’s goal as a Benefit Consultant can be summarized in two words: engagement and education. With health care costs on the rise, he spends large amounts of time creating strategies that will last through proper planning and high preparation. John has a reputation of putting the client first, going above and beyond to find ways to solving complex issues, and doing right by the people who matter most—employees and their families. Speaking of families, John loves to talk about his! He takes pride in being able support and care for his 3 children as they grow up. He also enjoys taking them outside, whether they are biking, gardening, or going to one of Milwaukee’s many events. John is proud of being a Milwaukee resident, and loves the convenience of the entertainment and events, but most of all the people who live there. John supports and volunteers for the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation, which supports children that have been strongly affected by the disease.
