Holding employees accountable for results at your organization requires that a disciplinary process is in place for those unfortunate instances when employee performance is not meeting expectations. Further, training your managers in that process before problems arise is critical to the success of the process.
Here are the things you will learn in this webinar:
- Why consistently following a discipline process is important
- What are the typical steps in a discipline process
- How to manage the disciplinary process when complications (Workers Compensation, FMLA, ADA, etc.) exist.
