Some of the biggest potential liabilities that any business faces are the risks that they agree to take on in the contracts they sign. Until something goes wrong, these contracts are often viewed as an administrative afterthought. However, a single sentence or even a misplaced punctuation mark can lead to unintended exposure of the assets you’ve worked hard to build.
This can have a major impact on your business - both from an insurance and a legal viewpoint. That's why we've invited Attorney Samantha Schacht to join us in presenting this webinar.
This webinar will:
- Focus on often overlooked and potentially devastating contract elements from both insurance and legal perspectives
- Provide strategies to help identify unfavorable language and avoid potential compliance issues before they lead to complications
