FMLA Supervisory Training

Every company subject to Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA) laws has a responsibility to offer the full protection of the laws to their employees. While Human Resources professionals fully understand this, supervisors and managers may not know they can be held personally liable under the law for things they do or do not say to an employee who is eligible for FMLA.

This training is designed to make them aware of their liability, help them avoid mistakes and, ensure that employees with FMLA entitlement receive the benefits they should.  It is personalized to your organization, taking into account decisions that your company has made in writing its policy.  You will find the training to be tailored, relevant, and informative to your group.
