On Demand Webinar: Taking a Look at Sleep Deprivation and Work Performance

Does lack of sleep affect work performance?

A study done by The National Institute for Occupational Safety and Health (NIOSH) examined sleep patterns of commercial truck drivers during their non-work periods and evaluated the influence of these sleep patterns on subsequent performance during work periods. This was measured by safety-critical events (SCEs), which include crashes, near-crashes, crash-relevant conflicts and unintentional lane deviations.

In this webinar, we'll take a look at the study and determine ways to help prevent sleep related accidents across all industries.
